Rules

- must use standard-size pens
- may only use one hand in snatching pens
- must catch all pens stacked on back of hand; attempt will be denied if any of the pens fall during the snatch
- may not band pens together or attach them in any way
- must follow form of current world record holder
- must provide video evidence
