Former bodybuilder at 32 could Flat Bench 325 lbs. Now 30 years later, and 11 months after my fifth and final major spinal surgery, Thoracic T4-T12, on February 22, 2021, and hardware in Cervical and Lumbar. I've been given a 2nd chance and turned back the hands of time and benched 325 lbs again. I know I'm capable of benching more. I just want to be an inspiration to all that have medical conditions and regardless of age.
