I am writing to contest the current world record for the fastest escape from handcuffs, currently held by Mr. Deadlocks, as I believe the record was not achieved according to the rules.

As stated in the rules, the bobby pin used for the record must be hidden. However, upon reviewing Mr. Deadlocks' attempt, it appears that he did not follow this rule.

In contrast, when I achieved the record, I followed all the rules, including keeping the pin hidden, which added to my time as the distance was also much greater. Despite this, my time of retrieving the bobby pin while keeping it hidden was only 0.02 seconds slower than Mr. Deadlocks' time.

Therefore, I request that Mr. Deadlocks also abide by the same rules to ensure fair competition. In the meantime, I believe I deserve to maintain the title for this record.
