Rishi Halkhoree wants to set a world record:

Largest Collection of Cityrail Train Tickets

Record Attempt: 131Train tickets

Record Attempt

131Train tickets

Set On

June 10, 2014

Location

Sydney, New South Wales

Info

The thing that makes this interesting, is that although some 80,000 train tickets are used everyday in Sydney, most are lost. Some are thrown out and some are sucked up by the ticket machines. With the introduction of the Opal card (electronic cards) the need for city rail tickets are slowly declining. So although in the future these tickets will still be available, they won't be used at much, making it progressively harder to break the record. Lastly, the tickets can only be obtained by an individual purchasing them. They cannot be reproduced as each one has a unique code along with specific details about the travel of said ticket.
