This record has to be done with regulation size tennis racket, using regular tennis ball. The non-stop duration record starts when the ball begins to be bounced on the tennis racket and stops when it drops. I can be only done using one hand (does not matter which one) but it is not permitted to switch hands while the record is being attempted nor the other hand can help out holding the racket.
