I was just some guy. I have lived on Nantucket Island all my life, where you have to learn how to swim. Well swimming gave me a lot of strenghth and soon enough, I had signed up for a kid's yoga class. I had learned many things such as Crow pose, King pigeon, side crow pose, Lotus pose and my favorite, putting my leg behind my back. Soon I was signed up for adult yoga classes. After I mastered yoga I decided to take it to the next level. The next level was this.
