In honor of Earth Day, over 160 countries premiered One Day on Earth, the largest global film premiere of all-time. The documentary, which features footage shot exclusively on October 10th, 2010 (10/10/10), includes clips from every single country on earth. United Nations Development Programme helped bring the project to life, and organized a special screening at the United Nations General Assembly in New York City. At this event, RecordSetter president Dan Rollman presented a certificate to the film's director, Kyle Ruddick.

Doug McManaman made a paper beard measuring three feet long and two-and-a-half feet wide.

Vivek K. built a pyramid using 5,300 plastic cups.

Hefty partnered with the Chicago Cubs and set a record for the World’s Largest Flip Cup Game. 200 players came onto Wrigley Field and participated. The teams were led by Cubs players Jason Hammel and David Ross. Hefty donated $40,000 to local charities selected by the players as part of this historic event.

Jolly V. has a collection of 16,500 pens. Most of his pens are given by friends from 16 different countries.

A total of 1,600 students participated in a reading lesson held at Southwest High School in San Diego, California. The event was organized by Yuriy Seretskiy and The Symbol of Success LLC to help improve the US educational system.

Led by Doc Mack, 123 people at the Galloping Ghost Arcade in Brookfield, Illinois played arcade games simultaneously. They set the record as part of the their 4th year anniversary event.

Kathy Kapostasy led 46 students from Findlay, Ohio in simultaneously dancing while wearing sunglasses and wearing the same shirt.

Darryl Learie compiled a book of 638 personal records with 170 pages in length. He created the book on September 10, 1993 and has been updating and adding records to the list ever since. Iurii Volkov and 12 of his expedition team members placed the flag of Russia on Mount Elbrus. The flag measured 40 meters in length and 24 meters in height.

Zack Hample constructed a pyramid using 2,870 baseballs. He personally snagged the baseballs as a fan in the stands at major league stadiums. At present, he has more than 6,000 baseballs in his collection.

Michael Zarnock has a collection of 20,000 Hot Wheels cars.
