Injury World Records  

Lauren Redington has a world record 14 scars on her legs, beating the existing record by eight scars. Redington’s legs were documented by Erica Hess on May 17, 2009 in Shippensburg, Pennsylvania.

Susie Brown endured tremendous pain, but managed to triumph by setting a new record for the world’s longest bruise: 14 1/8 inches. This bruise demolished former record holder Kevin’s 10.4 inch bruise. The record was set on August 30, 2008 at the Burning Man festival in Black Rock City, Nevada. Paul Mitchell and Dan Rollman of the Playa Book of Records Executive Committee were present to videotape and measure the evidence. #BM2008

In a world record that took years to set, Fuscia L’Amour displays an unprecedented 11 unique scars on her body. The scars were documented on August 28, 2008 at the Burning Man festival in Black Rock City, Nevada. Paul Mitchell and Dan Rollman videotaped Fuscia’s legendary body. #BM2008
