Justin Kay bench pressed an ottoman 63 times in 30 seconds, a new world record. He performed the feat on June 28, 2009 in Arlington Heights, Illinois. Brian Justie was present as a witness.

Suresh G. spread his legs 180 times while holding a crow pose.

Tai Star completed 191 rear leg kicks in 30 seconds while holding the crow pose.

Vaughan's son completed five cartwheels in exactly 4.00 seconds.

Ahmad Amin Bodla struck 337 full contact punches while carrying a 40-pound backpack and wearing two-pound wrist weights on each hand.

Guillaume B. completed 50 consecutive one-armed clapping push-ups wearing a boxing glove.

Adam Menzies completed 40 consecutive back handsprings.

Finn Williams performed a handstand on his knuckles on the concrete floor of his basement for one minute, 25.09 seconds.

Alicia Weber completed 65 consecutive clapping push-ups, popping his feet off of the ground with each exercise.

Spencer Renfro rotated 34 times while swinging Pete Moyer from his waist. NOTE: This record is dangerous and should be attempted with caution.

Guillaume Bourgeois completed 854 push-ups on the back of his hands in one hour. He completed the attempt while wearing a 40-pound pack on his back.

Steve Sandholm dryland waterskiied for 17.34 seconds without falling over. He was pulled by a lawn tractor while achieving the feat. tag:RecordSetterBook01

Roald Bradstock threw a snowball 68.10 meters. Bradstock made the snowballs in Atlanta, Georgia after a snowstorm, and then drove 600 miles to Fort Myers, Florida, where the record was set. #RecordSetterBook01
