We think only a record holder can know what you go through to set a record, so we only let people that
have already set world records downvote other people's records.
What can I do?
Go set a record! If you can think of it, you can set a new world record for it.
I'm a little hesitant about this attempt, Doug. I don't quite think it meets this criteria- "must be a recognizable, three-segment" ..only seeing two segments here. thoughts, anyone?
Mitch. I can't quite see the measurement looking from the video. Would you mind sending a zoomed in screengrab or something that would make us see the value clearly? Looking forward to it.
I think we should recognize Andy's attempt and for it to be unique than the other one, we should either title it as "Made Out Of Snow" or put it in the rule that it has to be made out of snow. This is impressive and I would hate to deny it.
Dan, I found what you were talking about. In my defense, That snowman from the World Records Academy which is way smaller than mine, was not made from snow. Though there's is a smaller actual snowman, mine was made from actual snow. When I put in the title on the application for this record I did include smallest snowman in height made from snow. Though the other is actually a smaller snowman in general, maybe mine could be the smallest made out of snow. Just thought i'd put this out there, it's whatever you guys dicide about this record,. I will respect your final decision. Thanks
Yeah Dan, if there is proof of a smaller one then the attempt should not count. I would not want to take claim for something that I don't out right have. Thanks
Hey Andy -- love this submission, but I found evidence online of a significantly smaller snowman. With sadness, I vote we should deny this attempt. Happy to hear what others think.

Ooops, just watched the end of the video. Doug, you and I are on the same page. Changing to 1.125 inches now.

I'm comfortable with the snowman design. Height looks to be 1 1/8" (1.125 inches), though.

i agree with you Ma-Ann it is probably from smoothing it to try to stop from melting . if this doesnt pass i will try another when i get time thanks

I missed the fact that the other snowman wasn't actually made of snow. My bad. Concur with the rest of your comments. Congrats to Andy!

we've not had much snow at all here this year Simon. Normally Winter can be pretty rough around here at times.

Do they get much snow in Kentucky?
