Steve Payonzeck incorrectly guesses the number and suit of 13 playing
cards in a row, a new world record. His streak ended when he correctly
guessed the six of diamonds on the fourteenth card. Payonzeck used a
brand-new pack of Bicycle playing cards opened onstage immediately
before the attempt.
Payonzeck set the record on February 17, 2009 at a World Record
Appreciation Society[] event at the Hemlock Tavern in San
Francisco, California. Dan Rollman and Debbie Hampton were present as
witnesses.
THIS RECORD HAS BEEN BROKEN.

The seems legit to me. He guesses the suit but not the specific number.
At the 17th card he correctly guesses the suit. The card being held is a 2 of diamonds and I believe he said the 10 of diamonds.
