The video is so glitchy. I counted 64 exactly from what I saw because the video glitched up a few times. Who's to say when the video froze he didn't take a rest? There's no way of telling so I'm surprised they didn't subtract them.

no but it does say that you have to go down at least 35 degrees which i dont believe he is but you cant really tell because you cannot see his elbow. should be denied
