Alicia Weber completed the 400 rep aerobic capacity wellness challenge in 23 minutes, 57.69 seconds. Weber designed the challenge based on her research of 30 fitness clients in 2011.

The exercise routine of the challenge is continuous and completed in the following order:
1. 100 push-up burpees with jump and overhead clap
2. 100 deep squats with arms held out and legs breaking 90 degrees
3. 100 mountain climbers
4. 50 one-leg push-up burpees (right leg) with jump and overhead clap
5. 50 one-leg push-up burpees (left leg) with jump and overhead clap

Rules

- must have audible clap on all push-ups burpees
- must keep rest leg elevated and unassisted in one leg push-up burpees
- must have side camera view
- must perform exercises in listed order
- must continue to perform exercises throughout the challenge; no pauses permitted
- must provide video evidence
