Largest Collection Of People In Dr. Seuss Costumes
As a nod to famed children’s author Dr. Seuss, ten people paraded around the Burning Man festival wearing costumes based on his characters, a new world record.
The record was set in Black Rock City, Nevada on September 26, 2006. Members of the Playa Book of Record Executive Committee documented and counted the costumes.

Largest Collection Of People Wearing Jean Shirts
Displaying tremendous aptitude for fashion and style, Charles Lyle and his team at the Boston Beer Company set a universal record for largest group of people wearing jean shirts at once (62). They did so as a stunt to pay homage to company founder Jim Koch’s permanent jean shirt uniform.
The record was set at a company function on January 14, 2009 in Boston, Massachusetts. Justin Bucci was present to witness the feat and count the shirts.

Octavian Drulea led a group toast in which 17 glasses were raised at once, a new world record. One participant clinked a virtual beverage: an iBeer application for the iPhone, which he then emptied on camera.
Drulea set the record on February 17, 2009 at a World Record Appreciation Society[] event at the Hemlock Tavern in San Francisco, California. Dan Rollman and Debbie Hampton were present as witnesses.

Most T-Shirts Transferred Between Two People In 30 Seconds
Cassandra Saelee took off 11 t-shirts and transferred them onto Karsyn Parker’s body in 30 seconds, a new world record. Their feat beat the previous record by three shirts.
Saelee and Parker set the record on March 28, 2009 at Parker’s home in Fresno, California. Joe Parker was present to document the record and count the shirts.

Most Women Eating Doughnuts And Drinking Coffee While Dressed In Black
21 women ate doughnuts and drink coffee while dressed in black, a new world record. They did it as part of the Atlanta Black-Out Event, sponsored by the Atlanta Women’s International Networking Group.
The group set the record on April, 28 2009 in Atlanta, Georgia. Phaedra Saunders was present to witness the record.

Longest Line Of Ladies Laying In A Field
Five women (DK, Yvette, Mitzi, Sue and Sue) laid down in a line on a lawn, a new world record.
They achieved the feat on May 2, 2009 at a park in Austin, Texas. Jake and Rocket were present to document the record.

Longest Exquisite Corpse T-Shirt Relay
Nine people participated in a 900-meter exquisite corpse relay race, a new world record. The first participant ran 100 meters and drew part of a person on their t-shirt. The shirt was then transferred to the next relay member, who put it on and added to the first person’s drawing while running. This was done repeatedly, with each person running 100 meters, until the drawing of the person was complete.
The record was set on June 17, 2009 in Indianapolis, Indiana. The relay participants were Jessica Dunn, Lindsay Gerlach, Courtney Hacker, Flounder Lee, Paul Miller, Kurt Nettleton, Kyle Channing Smith, Victoria Son and Courtney Ware. Lamar Richcreek was present as a witness.

Fastest Figure 8 Whaleboat Row By A Crew Wearing Wigs, Mustaches, And Eye Patches
Nine women from The Embarcadero Rowing Club dressed in wigs, mustaches, and pirate patches and rowed a figure 8 in their whaleboat in one minute, 44.97 seconds, a new world record.
The record was set on June 22, 2009 in San Francisco, Californa. Coach Oliver DiCicco was present as a witness.

87 members of the Reflection of Christ Student Ministry blew bubbles at the same time, a new world record. They used Dubble Bubble gum to set the record.

Most People Simultaneously Flossing With Same Piece Of Dental Floss
428 students at Dobson Academy flossed their teeth at the same time using the same piece of dental floss. Floss monitors verified each participant’s involvement. The students set the record to raise awareness about oral health.
