Breaking World Records

Jeff Rubin broke 30 vinyl records in one minute, a RecordSetter world record. Rubin performed the feat during a College Humor Live show at the Upright Citizens Brigade Theatre in New York City.

Jonathan R. broke 62 pencils with his forehead in one minute.

Art Hoffman ripped 22 cigarettes in half.

Pavol Durdik broke 28 toothpicks in 10 seconds.

Ian M. made his New Year’s Resolution for 2014 and broke it 0.29 second later.

Layla Thakkar broke 11 Popsicle sticks in 10 seconds.

Paramore set an official RecordSetter World Record by breaking 58 vinyl records in one minute. The band set the record within their "Ain't it Fun" music video, in which they also set a record for Most World Records Set in a Music Video. NOTE: This record can be dangerous. If you attempt to beat it, you must use safety precautions and follow all rules below.

Tai Star set and/or broke 47 records without wearing a shirt.

Brian Pankey completed 20 consecutive catches of a raw egg on alternate sides of a table tennis paddle without breaking the egg.

Matt Sikorski broke 35 fiery bricks using his bare hand in 30 seconds while playing an electric guitar. The combined weight of the bricks totaled 350 pounds. Sikorski is one of WSBBA Founder Kevin Taylor's students.

Clint P. broke 10 apples in half with his bare hands in 14.90 seconds.

Clint P. broke 34 apples in half with his bare hands in one minute.

Clint P. broke 20 apples in half with his bare hands in 29.90 seconds.

Vlad Ivanov broke five pencils using his head in 4.29 seconds.

Rachel R. broke a pencil then wrote and erased the name Jimmy in 7.41 seconds.

Kevin Taylor broke 150 fiery bricks in 20 seconds with his bare hands. He is the founder of World Speed Brick Breaking Association.
