Sunday River, Maine, United States / April 16, 2025

On April 7, 2025, at Sunday River in Maine, 527 participants took part in a coordinated après-ski toast using a continuous, physically connected shot ski. Each participant lifted and consumed their shot in unison, following a live countdown.

The attempt was officiated by RecordSetter Yellow Jacket Official Lebo Lukewarm and documented in accordance with official guidelines. All participants were age-verified, and the full event was captured in a single, uninterrupted video showing the ski apparatus, synchronized toast, and full participation.

While there are unverified claims of larger shot ski attempts, this remains the official world record for most participants in a simultaneous shot ski toast, as certified by RecordSetter.

- All participants must be age 21+ with valid ID checked.
- The shot ski must be physically connected end-to-end with cups for each participant.
- All skis must be securely fastened into one continuous setup.
- All participants must lift and take the shot in sync during a countdown.
- No spills, delays, or opt-outs — full participation is required.
- The record is based on the number of verified participants, not ski length.
- All participants must be documented before the attempt (e.g., check-in, wristbands).
- A single video must show the full setup, countdown, and synchronized toast.
