Note: I did sets of 5 from 80 pounds till I maxed out and did 3 reps of 380 pounds. I would have tried more weight but I did not want to break it.
Something tells me that no one will beat that or want too, there is no way I would even try that just with the sword alone.
I'm trying to get around that number even tro I have some ways to go but I would be worried the leg press could not handle the weight, I think the leg press where you lay flat would be a better way to handle that amount of weight and I can do about 500 pound on the one you lay flat and 1215 on the one he is using. I'm hoping to get to about 2000 sometime this year and I would like to say that if you can even come close to that amount the right way your one in 1,000,000 or so because no one not even me who is the strongest person in legs in all the gyms I go to can do that amount of weight and I agree he seems to be doing calf raises yet at that amount thats still good not sure if I could or would even try and this point as if it drop below to far it could crush you.
