Train World Records  

22 students from Driestar College in Gouda, Netherlands formed a train of office chairs and were pulled down the street behind a motorcycle.

Henrik Ludvigsen and the Danish Lego club "Byggepladen" built a Lego train track measuring 4,000.25 meters long. They set the record at Broby Sports Boarding School in Funen, Denmark. It took them three hours and 22 minutes to assemble to entire track.

Ingvild Herfindahl has a wooden toy train that measures 202 inches (16 feet, 10 inches) in length.

Jerry Paffendorf climbed the stairs of Michigan Central Station from ground level to rooftop in an unprecedented 9 minutes, 59 seconds. He set the record on April 29, 2009 in Detroit, Michigan.

Omari A. named 73 London Underground Stations in 30 seconds.

This record was set as part of Prius Records, a two-day event streamed live on the Internet. In a 48-hour period, URDB officials adjudicated 200 Prius-related world records. This was the most records ever documented in a 48-hour window, a world record in and of itself. The event took place in Los Angeles, California on March 30th and 31st, 2011. Members of the Summer Reading Program in Strathmore, Canada built a train using 34 shoeboxes. They set the record to commemorate prairie history.
