Hip World Records

Barbara Rollman completed 25 hip swings in 30 seconds, a new world record. She achieved the feat on a Deniz Sport Pedalli Esnemi Aleti hip swinger. Rollman set her record on March 19, 2009 at Konyaalti Beach in Antalya, Turkey. Her husband Gary was present to document the feat.

Tony Duncan completed 11 three-in-one hand juggles while balancing a ball on top of his head, his other arm on his hip and his legs crossed.

Shea C. shot a balloon 10 yards away from hip level. He used a Springfield XDM .40 cal handgun. NOTE: Shooting records are dangerous and should only be attempted with proper training. Please exercise caution when attempting shooting records.

Byron S. did 32 pelvic thrusts in 10 seconds.

Tom Whiteley ran one mile for 768 consecutive days. He underwent total hip replacement surgery in February 2012. He began the record on August 22, 2014 and ended on September 27, 2016. Whiteley is a member of the United States Running Streak Association, a group that is dedicated to running at least one mile every day.
