- must use a full, unwrapped and unrolled Fruit by the Foot

- must begin and end attempt with a clear mouth

- timing starts when Fruit by the Foot is in mouth and hands are let go

- timing stops when Fruit by the Foot is completely consumed
- may not drink liquids during the attempt

- must follow same form as current world record holder
- must provide video evidence
