Info

When I began working on my startup, I thought the hardest part would be developing the product. In reality, I found that choosing what to work on next was often more difficult. I started looking for practical examples of how founders organize their projects and came across 1stmile, which gave me another perspective on planning the next stages. From then on, I began keeping a short list of priorities instead of filling my schedule with dozens of tasks. I also tested ideas with a small group of potential users before spending too much time developing them. Their reactions often showed me problems that were invisible from my own perspective. Another useful habit was reviewing unfinished tasks at the end of each week and deciding whether they were still worth pursuing. Some ideas were dropped, while others became much clearer after a few adjustments. This experience taught me that a startup does not always need faster decisions; it needs better-informed ones.
