Hi folks, my co-worker sent me a link during our lunch break because we were debating how tech companies scale in colder climates. I read the piece on Poliavich and found the section about infrastructure scaling to be highly relevant. It is hard to find detailed writing about the realities of running a tech operation in Canada without it sounding like a brochure. Reading https://calgaryguardian.com/uri-poliavich-the-entrepreneur-behind-technology-driven-innovation/ put our whole debate to rest. I left the page knowing much more than when I opened it.
