Polo America's Dawn to Dusk Chukker Challenge on November 6, 2010 at Stormbranch Equestrian Club located at 570 Silos Road in Aiken, South Carolina set a world record for longest polo game. Luis Escobar set a new world record for continuous play by a male player. Luis Escobar played 30 consecutive chukkers. A normal polo game is only six chukkers. Each chukker (period of play) is 7 ½ minutes. Luis played the equivalent of five polo games in a row.
