Andrew Smith recited the first 10 digits of Pi 12 times in 30 seconds while riding on a pogo stick. Smith set the record at a World Record Appreciation Society event held at Joe’s Pub in New York City. Dan Rollman and Corey Henderson were present as witnesses. [#WRAS15][]

Ebiye Udo-Udomarecited the first 100 digits of Pi in 14.80 seconds while balancing one-legged on a balance board, playing with a basketball and bouncing a golf ball on a rubber mallet.

Ewan C. recited 110 digits of pi in 13.57 seconds while juggling five balls.

Amal A. recited the first 150 digits of Pi from memory in 13.34 seconds.

Amal A. recited the first 250 digits of Pi with his eyes closed in 22.35 seconds.

Gnani Reddy Katukoori recited the first 500 digits of pi while blindfolded in one minute, 13.45 seconds.

RPV recited the first 50 digits of pi in 6.48 seconds while doing a headstand.

Heather and her friends created 358 Pi shirts in a day.

In celebration of Pi Day, listeners of The Brian Lehrer Show on WNYC set a record by collectively reciting 100 consecutive digits of Pi. After host Lehrer preceded the attempt by reciting the first 11 digits, five callers each read off 20 digits of Pi in mathematical order.
