A team of experts led by Dr. Peter Barratt from Initial Hygiene, a global leader in hygiene services, swabbed 127 hands and personal items in one hour to reveal the levels of bacteria present and provide advice on effective hand washing. They set the record to raise awareness of the importance of hand washing.
