Will Rorke, Simeon Kermond, Benjamin Marshall and friends in Canberra, Australia, filled one Google Slides file, titled "biggest slideshow," with 21,023 slides, most of them blank, plus a handful of typed notes and a finish-line banner near the end. Their screen recording drags the slide panel from slide 21,023 back to slide 1 and then returns to the end, with Google Slides' own counter reading "21023 total slides" along the way. Slide thumbnails are blurred in the page video, since this record counts slides, not what is written on them.

Searching "Minecraft" on Google unlocks a hidden mini-game: tap the grass block and a blocky hand starts mining the results page, upgrading from wooden to stone, iron and diamond pickaxes as it digs down through the ore. Broutfolf, from Bordeaux, France, tore through a French-language results page and reached the diamond pickaxe in 16.43 seconds. RecordSetter checked the unedited screen recording frame by frame, from the tap on the grass block to the moment the diamond pickaxe appears, and it matches the claimed time. Speedrunning a search engine is not something we expected to certify, but here we are.
