Dancing World Records  

At the 2011 Sasquatch Music Festival in George, Washington, 167 people participated in a glowstick rave in a shower. The record was set inside got2b’s World’s Biggest Shower, a featured festival attraction. [#SMF01][]

Wheelchair Dancers, a nonprofit organization, led 80 participants in wheelchairs and partners in dancing the Bachata. They set the record to promote self-esteem and teamwork, fun, and inspiration for physically challenged people.

Rob Roush led 500 people in dancing the Bunny Hop at once.

Mel Sampson documented 90 people dancing while holding gourds. The record was set live on-air on 95.9 Sun FM outside their Canadian studio.

Kathy Kapostasy led 46 students from Findlay, Ohio in simultaneously dancing while wearing sunglasses and wearing the same shirt.

Rob Roush led 290 people in dancing ’The Carlton’, a dance made famous by The Fresh Prince Of Bel-Air.

Alanna Iverson and 51 other cyclists danced the robotwhile wrapped in Christmas lights. The participants were a group of cyclists on a long distance bike ride to raise money for cancer research.

Led by Aaron H., 343 people performed the Bernie dance move.

107 students from iD Tech Camps at UC Irvine performed the Purple Cobra’s entrance dance from the movie Dodgeball at the same time.

Joseph G. led 338 kids in a Zumba class. The class was organized by Fight Back With Fitness and Relay For Life Bergen Beach, Mill Basin & Marine Park. They set the record to promote cancer prevention through fitness and healthy lifestyle.
