Dancing World Records  

At the 2013 Teen Choice Awards, 1,945 people twerked together, a RecordSetter World Record. The record was led by show hosts Lucy Hale and Darren Criss, and officiated by RecordSetter co-founders Dan Rollman and Corey Henderson.

Dan Clancey and 12 members of his group wore "Dance With Me" t-shirts while dancing.

Wheelchair Dancers, a nonprofit organization, led 80 participants in wheelchairs and their dance partners in dancing the Tango. They set the record to promote self-esteem and teamwork, fun, and inspiration for physically challenged people. Learn more about the feat here.

Ella Morton go-go danced to six songs in two minutes. Morton set the record at a RecordSetter LIVE! event at UCB Theater in New York City.

Darrin J. held 33 spoons while dancing the running man, reciting five synonyms of "ooze" and wearing pajamas.

Ryan Tracey performed 10 consecutive swipes.

Krysta N. led 148 Tri Delta members at Baylor University in simultaneously performing the Crazy in Love dance routine from Just Dance.

Adam M. performed 23 triple time step breaks in 40 seconds while wearing clown make-up and a green top hat.

Mamrie Hart consumed an entire veggie corndog while dancing the zombie voiceover section of Michael Jackson’s ’Thriller’. Mamrie set the record at a World Record Appreciation Society event held at Joe’s Pub in New York City. Dan Rollman and Corey Henderson were present as witnesses. #WRAS17

831 videos were shot at The Open Video Conference’s dance party, a new world record.The party took place in New York City on October 1, 2010. URDB officials Evan Altshuler and Emily Miethner were present to oversee the feat. Verisign.tv sponsored the event. Participants submitted videos in three different ways: Uploaded videos to a social network and tagged them with #dottvparty. Uploaded videos to openvideoconference.org. Downloaded ecaster.tv mobile app and uploaded videos to openvideo.tv.

Simon Kirk took 17.00 seconds to moonwalk around a can of Sun Drop[]soda.
