Bouncy Ball World Records

15 members of Wieden Kennedy’s Team Red hit blindfolded IT specialist Andy McBee with bouncy rubber balls 96 times in 30 seconds. Only balls that made contact with McBee were counted. The record was set in Portland, Oregon on April 1, 2010 at the agency’s 28th annual Founders’ Day party. RecordSetter co-founders Dan Rollman and Corey Henderson were on hand to preside over the event. #FD28

This record was set as part of Prius Records, a two-day event streamed live on the Internet. In a 48-hour period, URDB officials adjudicated 200 Prius-related world records. This was the most records ever documented in a 48-hour window, a world record in and of itself. The event took place in Los Angeles, California on March 30th and 31st, 2011.
