Alphabet World Records

Lucy Smith and Sophia Lipkin ink stamp the entire English alphabet in one minute and 56.32 seconds, a new world record. The letters were stamped in alphabetical order. The girls performed the feat on April 4, 2009 at the first annual Brooklyn World Record Day in Brooklyn, New York. The event was held by URDB in conjunction with Beam Camp. This record was set as part of Toyota Prius Records, a two-day event streamed live on the Internet. In a 48-hour period, URDB officials adjudicated 200 Prius-related world records. This was the most records ever documented in a 48-hour window, a world record in and of itself. The event took place in Los Angeles, California on March 30th and 31st, 2011.
