About

Rostock, Germany / October 9, 2026

Eric Steinbacher handstand-walked through a 10-meter slalom of 10 rolled yoga mats in 29 seconds at a studio in Rostock, Germany. Filmed in one unbroken take from the end of the course, Steinbacher kicks up at the far end and weaves around each mat without the feet touching the floor, coming down only after passing the last one beside the camera. After the run, a folding ruler laid along the line shows the 1-meter spacing between obstacles. Ten meters is a long way to stay upside down, let alone while steering.
