ok i tell you :D. press down + a before you start so you spin, then u can get a bit of a boost moving forward, after that u need to bounce off the ring box just above to lose less time when coming out of the ball.
i got a screenie of 22.86 as my best now coincidentally, followed by 22.88 and 22.90, its def possible to go faster, but seeing as this was for a bet with friends i give up for now
