Yes Dan! That particular one (in the link you gave) is the youngest host of a general show. This one is an ISSUE-BASED show that invites MULTIPLE GUESTS on each of its episodes. After going through some study, application for this world record had been made. We had also informed your team on e-mail before applying and got the permission too. Besides, there were lots of votes (through comments) for this record, by people of Nepal coming from different fields. Again, this is a different kind of application, not the one for the youngest host in general but for an issue based chat show with multiple guests.
