I think screenshots on these types of records don't suffice -- only video should. Screenshots are too easily modified (not implying this person DID, just speaking generally). Even video can be duped using "game-trainers" and save-states -- however, it's really the closest way to try and claim legitimate records for gaming. Take for instance the http://speeddemosarchive.com/, which has kept track of gaming speed records for close to a decade. Screenshots just don't cut it, if actual record-keeping is the goal.
