Most Over-The-Thumb Pen Spins In One Minute
Yeah I was wondering if a thumbaround harmonic would count as 2. The only stipulation is that it "freely rotates 360 degrees" and "return[s] to its starting position." Technically a harmonic meets both of these conditions i'm thinking. I wish there were more records dealing with pen spinning.
