Longest Time Balancing On A Metal Bar On Top Of A Rola Bola
Thanks Corey, Its actually a chrome shower rail / hand rail bar from a hardware/diy store, i have 2 of them that i use for freerunning practice, you know the sort of thing precision bar to bar jumping, this was just a mix of balance and precision, now i have started i will have to either improve the endurance or think of something else wacky and challenging, but i think 20 - 30 seconds is possible, quite easily, this whole first attempt was done in about half an hour from concept to vid after hearing about this site. i am so proud to have managed this on my first attempt.
