The criteria for this record was changed when Todd submitted. This thread was originally for the highest scoring 4 letter word. The 4 played tiles must connect to spell a 4 letter word, any subsequent words from that 4 letter word are bonuses. Todd is a hack and should be stripped. Oh well. Not trying to be a nag, just stating facts.

this seems suspicious because it is the same exact set up as the one with most points. How is it possible that you can get the same exact letters and same exact set up?

Austin N taking credit for Todd Miller's score and everyone ignores him. Troll fail.

The fact that you set it up yourself and then say you have done it the best. It doesnt matter if it is or isnt impractical, the point is that you did it against your self not agianst another player. This record is about having a better word than anyone else using four tiles by playing against someone else, before it was changes.

Ethan, why are you so determined to debunk my record? Like I said earlier, I could of just used my wife's phone and made the same play. Also, I'm confident that the only way to have made a play like mine in a real game is if you were playing a complete moron and couldn't read the telegraphing plays that lead to the setup. This play was solid, just like oxyphenbutazone. Monster words cannot be played in real games. It's way too impractical.

Oh and this is the only guy in the history of the record who played a "2 player" game against himself or someone sitting right next to him.

Its the same problem with the "Highest Single Move 'Words with Friends' Score". Its impressive but not an actual record.

Exactly why it is a record, if you play a match on your ipod, android, or cell phone against yourself you can plan out your moves accordinglu to the word that you want to make. There is no absolute way to find out if it was against someone who was there, or if it was against himself. To set a record it must be hard to achieve, this is simply too easy. If you do it online against another player, then it should be eligible. If it is against "Player 2", a player that we cannot determine if it is a single player game or not, then it should not be accepted as a record.

Ethan, how do you suggest we succeed in genuinely measuring this? I'm not opposed to you spiritually, but beyond live competitions in which participants are paired with strangers and forced not to communicate, I have no clue how we could enforce such rules. We gave a lot of thought to this challenge before opening it up as we have.

Thats exactly it... It's a puzzle that you can make your pieces to. Large scores such as mine are impractical in a legit game because you'd have to play a complete retard. I could of used my wife's phone and played the same board.

The last guy did not have a 2 player game.

you can obviously see that it says: "E6Hatred 387 Player 2 264"

It was a two player game and should be rejected you need to do this online or any body could set it up!

I'm with Austin. There's no way to confirm two-person games. In fact, I'm going to remove that from criteria. Awesome play!

Yea, so did the last guy... You don't spell 'oosperms' one letter short of the triple word... It was rigged.
