Louis Hyde built 48 origami sonobes in a world record 57 minutes and 40 seconds.

Hyde performed the feat on April 4, 2009 at the first annual Brooklyn World Record Day in Brooklyn, New York. The event was held by URDB in conjunction with Beam Camp. Corey Henderson was present as a witness.

    Hello. I just came across this record and decided to try my hand at it. I folded 58 sonobe units in 49 minutes and 19 seconds. I used 7.5cm origami paper. I guess I should videotape my next attempt and submit.
