  Brian, awesome concept and execution. As far fairness goes, we are all ears if you have constructive ideas on how to improve our voting procedure. You are wrong to believe that the system is in any way fixed. Feedback is always welcome.

  This video concept came from an idea my chemistry teacher did with a Bunsen burner putting a balloon over it to see how long it would take to pop. 18 years later I had a dream that I wanted to create a giant Bunsen burner so this is that video

  As for this video the balloon should be equivalent to 10 -12 inches inflated because it is visible a smaller balloon is fine but it would be hard to see it pop on camera I wanted to put in the criteria you can't use a balloon like Fred Garbo uses that is like 3ft wide because that would make the balloon closer to you even if you where 15 ft or more away because it also would be an easier target to hit which would take away the challenge of the record also

  Thank you Ryan I defended your recordsetter youtube video several times with the drill in the nose from all the haters saying negative things about you because I see the video as an art form & I will always stand up for all cool entertainers for their hard work & dedication. Congrats Ryan on the view count as it keeps on rising on youtube.

    I appreciate the positive comments and defense on youtube, but I do realize negativity comes with the gig, particularly if you're doing strange things that are perceived as gross or stupid. if you ever get a chance to see me live at a theater or comedy club you will see that I don't take myself too seriously and the obscurity and ridiculousness of what I do is not lost on me. I feel lucky to be able to sell tickets to my shows and pay my bills with such a strange art form. as you know many of these skills take many years of practice but learning to make it entertaining for an hour straight takes a lifetime of dedication. Internet trolls don't bother me and T.V hosts (like Daniel Tosh) cracking jokes and making fun are just doing their job which is to make it entertaining and palatable for a broader audience demographic, without that these videos would never make it to T.V. keep the records coming Brian.

  This is not about you Ryan you're a cool guy this is just how the system is set up so I would fail. recordsetter influences votes who they like & the people they hate they down vote. My vote don't count just to prove it I did 167 records last month. I awesomed all of them but my vote did not count & ended last month with 45 awesomes tell me the system isn't rigged because it is

    well I'm not sure how the system works, I always assumed that 'awesoming' your own videos didn't count in the leader boards, (but if it did you would certainly be in the lead just by liking your own videos, you put in a lot of hard work) I'm really not sure how they do it, I have found all the people at recordsetter HQ to be very friendly and accommodating but either way all I'm saying is you can't stress about 'awesome's', likes or dislikes. in entertainment It's impossible to loved without being hated, as you know when a video goes 'viral' along with publicity and fans you'll get plenty of haters, dislikes and negative comments. the trick is learning to laugh it off. you got to have a thick skin.

  C'mon Don't hate on me Mr. Pankey. Even if it was true that everyone hated you (which I doubt) keep in mind that is not a bad thing in the entertainment industry. Being hated is as valuable as being loved. the only thing you don't want is for people to be complacent, disinterested and bored. Great record concept.
