A group of 210 Lavallette Elementary Schoolstudents wore jellyfish hats at at once. They set the world record to raise environmental awareness forBarnegat Bay. See more about the event here.

During the sixth annual "Ready, Set, Wear It!" campaign, 10,917 people gathered at 257 events to set a world record for the largest group of people to wear life jackets. The event was hosted by the National Safe Boating Council in partnership with Canadian Safe Boating Council. They set the record to promote safe and responsible boating for National Safe Boating Week and throughout the boating season. See photos of the events here. Richard Gordon and other attendees of the BBYO International Convention 2012 gathered for a Havdalah service. The group consisted of of 876 teens, 105 adult members of staff and guests Some attendees included a Holocaust survivor, musicians, BBYO teen members from Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Canada, Ireland, Israel, Latvia, Macedonia, Serbia, Turkey, Ukraine, United Kingdom and the United States. BBYO alumni and staff from all across the world and at all levels of the organization were also present at the event.

1,800 athletes and members of One Team Singapore formed a heart design using their bodies. They set the record during the 8th ASEAN Para Games to show inclusiveness and support for disability sports.
