Displaying an oddity of the physical body, Thom Thompson sets a
universal record for fewest toenails on a single foot (2).
This record was captured at the Burning Man festival in Black Rock
City, Nevada on August 29, 2008. Steve Payonzeck and Dan Rollman were
present to document the feat and count the toenails.
Blast Off!!! played just 24 beats of Sweet Child O’ Mine in one
minute, a world record.
The band performed the song on July 14, 2009 at a World Record
Appreciation Society event in New York City. Dan Rollman and Corey
Henderson were present to witness and time the feat.
Over two straight years of living in New York City, Cathy Erway ate
out at restaurants only 12 times. Frustrated with restaurant culture and
living on a limited budget, she made a pact with herself to prepare her
meals at home.
Erway shared her story with the audience on August 12, 2009 at a World
Record Appreciation Society event in New York City. Dan Rollman and
Corey Henderson were present as witnesses.
