    Partygoers took a combined total of 3,987 photos at PHTHRD III, a new world record. The event, hosted by LVHRD, was dubbed “the most photographed party in history.” All attendees were instructed to bring a camera and shoot photos throughout the night.

    PHTHRD III took place on March 31, 2009 at a warehouse in Williamsburg, Brooklyn. Dan Rollman and Corey Henderson were present to witness the proceedings.

    The record was set on March 31, 2009 at LVHRD’s PHTHRD III party in Williamsburg, Brooklyn. Rob Birdsong and Andrea Rosen were present to witness the feat and count the photographs taken.

    4524 people tagged themselves in the same Facebook photo. The photo was taken at the May 30, 2010 Rihanna concert in Tel Aviv, Israel, right before the show began.

    A special Facebook application was built allowing more than the usual 50-tag maximum per photo. To ensure the accuracy only people who pre-registered at the concert are allowed to tag themselves in the photo.
