This record was set as part of Toyota Prius Records, a two-day event streamed live on the Internet. In a 48-hour period, URDB officials adjudicated 200 Prius-related world records. This was the most records ever documented in a 48-hour window, a world record in and of itself. The event took place in Los Angeles, California on March 30th and 31st, 2011. Kapil Gehlot tied a rope to a Tata turbo truck weighing 9,300 kilograms wore skates and pulled it while skating.

Estella wore a bow on her head that measured 42.50 inches in width.

Kate Alintanahin and her friends Larraine Ocampo and Therese Magdaluyo wore funny glasses in a public place.

During the sixth annual "Ready, Set, Wear It!" campaign, 10,917 people gathered at 257 events to set a world record for the largest group of people to wear life jackets. The event was hosted by the National Safe Boating Council in partnership with Canadian Safe Boating Council. They set the record to promote safe and responsible boating for National Safe Boating Week and throughout the boating season. See photos of the events here.
