This record was set as part of Prius Records, a two-day event streamed live on the Internet. In a 48-hour period, URDB officials adjudicated 200 Prius-related world records. This was the most records ever documented in a 48-hour window, a world record in and of itself. The event took place in Los Angeles, California on March 30th and 31st, 2011. Seated in a bedroom in Chenzhou, Hunan, Yanhao Deng circles both hands around each other at the wrists, fingers and palms never touching, from the moment a smartwatch stopwatch is started on camera until it passes one minute. RecordSetter checked the single continuous take against the stopwatch and measured a steady rhythm of about 2.7 twirls per second, in line with the claimed 161. The hands barely slow down from start to finish.
