Pressing World Records

Clint Poore performed 17 50-pound right arm dumbbell presses in 15 seconds.

JT Hall of OmegaForce bench pressed two 150-pound dumbbells 11 times. He set the record as part of the OmegaForce Strength Team Program at the 2012 Arnold Classic and Fitness Expo in Columbus, Ohio.

This record was set as part of Toyota Prius Records, a two-day event streamed live on the Internet. In a 48-hour period, URDB officials adjudicated 200 Prius-related world records. This was the most records ever documented in a 48-hour window, a world record in and of itself. The event took place in Los Angeles, California on March 30th and 31st, 2011.
