Most Index Finger Knuckle Cracks in Thirty Seconds

Abdullah Shami

Abdullah Shami sat cross-legged on a patterned carpet in Kunri, Pakistan, and cracked the knuckle of his index finger 50 times in 30 seconds, pressing the bent finger down with his thumb for every pop. The close-up video is one continuous take, and each crack is audible on the soundtrack, which is how RecordSetter counted 50 within 30 seconds of the first one. That works out to a crack about every six-tenths of a second, all from a single finger.
