Doug McManaman assembled a ketchup packet tower on the end of a broom held in his hand that reached 15 packets in height.

- must build tower on broom
- hand may not touch other objects
- must stack packets one at a time
- must observe RecordSetter balancing criteria
- tower must stay upright for at least three seconds
