  the rules are:anyone who cooks a meal is not considered a chef. a chef is one who cooks as a professional or for a living wearing the classic chef uniform a chef jacket and is properly trained in the culinary arts.

  To properly structure this category, I think we should put some more rules around what it is to be a "chef." Jeff, could you help out here? Otherwise, one could argue that anyone who cooks a meal is a chef.
