I'm amazed at records featuring multiple acts of balance. How do you learn to do this? Just constant practice to ignite the muscle memory or are there techniques that are useful.

It's a combination of both. For a while I practiced balancing chairs on my chin, and I already knew how to spin a basketball in my shoe. So I just combine the two cause I know the ball will spin while I balance it on my chin
