- must use a 55-inch torch pole
- must use a 1/2 of a Hershey bar, a large marshmallow and two graham crackers
- torch must stay lit throughout the entire record
- torch must be balanced on the forehead
- torch must stay balanced during the roasting and eating of the S'more
- must use a wire or a roasting rod to roast the marshmallow.
- marshmallow must be thoroughly melted before eating
- must completely eat the S'more while the torch is balanced on the forehead
